Blackbird ships worldwide from Vancouver, Canada!

Orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of receipt of payment. When applicable, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day of shipment. 

Canada:

Shipments within Canada are sent via Canada post. 

Expedited Parcel™ Local: 2 days
Regional: up to 5 days 
National: up to 9 days
Xpresspost™ Local: next day 
Regional: next day

United States:

Shipments to the United States are sent via USPS. 

We work with a courier that brings packages across the border to ship. Orders are shipped via First Class or Priority, with tracking included, and they are duty free! Please allow an additional 2 business days from the date of shipment for your package to enter the USPS mail system.

International shipments are sent via Canada Post. 

Please note that for shipments outside of Canada and the United States, duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be charged to you upon delivery.

*Shipping larger packages from Canada to international destinations is unfortunately costly. We do not mark up our shipping rates and offer our customers the lowest rates we can find. We offer an economical “surface” shipping option, which can take anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks to arrive. This is a long time to wait, we know! If you require a quicker delivery, please select one of our air shipping options. 

Please note: We are not responsible transit delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you think your package may be lost, don't worry! Get in touch with us and we'll be happy to work with you to find it, or work out a credit or replacement. 

Returns

Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We want to make it right!

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, on items in new condition (not cut, laundered, and product packaging unopened). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any duties that may apply, and store credit or refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item.

Returns must be approved! If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please include the order number and reason for return.
