Fabrics for Wrap Dresses!

What are you sewing this summer? We have wrap dresses on the brain! This summer we are sponsoring the #sewtogetherforsummer challenge, which is all about wrap dresses this year. You can read more about this awesome sewing challenge here.

First off, if you're looking for some pattern ideas, there is a great pattern round up post on Helen's Closet! I thought it would be fun to share my favourite fabrics for wrap dresses. Depending on the pattern you use, you can go with a knit or woven. Look for something opaque, yet lightweight and breathable. Natural fibers are your friend in the summertime, because they will breathe and feel nice against your skin.

Here are some of my favourite fabrics for wrap dresses that we have in the shop right now!
