The Canadian Union of Postal Workers is currently conducting rotating strikes across Canada. This service disruption may cause delays with deliveries. So far, we have only noticed delays of a couple of days.

Impact to Customers

Rotating legal strikes may be isolated to one or two specific locations at a time, affecting those areas for a period of 24 hours. Canada Post continues to accept, process and deliver mail and parcels in all other areas. Once the temporary disruption ends, Canada Post returns to normal operations in the affected locations.

Alternative Shipping Methods

Due to the strike, we are offering FedEx as an alternative shipping method for our Canadian customers. For orders over $100 (Subtotal), we have a discounted flat rate FedEx option. If you are local to British Columbia, you will also notice a pickup option. Please note that at this time we can only offer this option to British Columbia customers. See our Local Pickups  page for more details.
