BF Patterns - Commercial License

Description
By purchasing this commercial use license, the Purchaser/Licensee is granted the right to use one BF Patterns (the Licensor) sewing pattern for commercial purposes.
This license applies to a single product download. If you require multiple patterns for commercial use, you must purchase a corresponding number of licenses.

Permitted Use
● This license permits the creation and sale of physical product cooresponding to the number listed in the purchased licence. If you wish to produce more, an additional license must be purchased.
● You may use the pattern to create physical products for sale.
● This license allows you to sell items made using the pattern; however, the pattern file itself may not be resold, shared, or distributed in any form.
● This license does not transfer ownership or copyright of the pattern. The original design remains the intellectual property of BF Patterns.

License Restrictions
● This license is non-transferable and applies solely to the purchaser.
● Unauthorized sharing, selling, or distribution of the pattern and accompany inginstructions, whether digitally or in print, is strictly prohibited.
● The pattern may not be uploaded to any website, blog, or social media platform.
● Digital files may not be gifted, shared, or sold.
● This license permits the creation and sale of physical products only; it does not grant the right to redistribute or resell the pattern itself.
● By purchasing this license, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein. Compliance with these terms ensures the legal use of our patterns for commercial purposes while respecting our intellectual property rights.
● This license grants ongoing use of the pattern for commercial purposes without expiration, cooresponding to the number listed in the purchased licence. However, BF Patterns reserves the right to update license terms at any time.

● BF Patterns is not responsible for any defects, injuries, or issues arising from the use of this pattern. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure proper craftsmanship and product safety.
● Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
● BF Patterns reserves the right to revoke this license without a refund if any terms are violated.
