With a mini check design and a unique shirred texture, this woven fabric boasts a generous cross-grain stretch thanks to its spandex content. Perfect for knit and relaxed woven patterns alike, this comfy seersucker has a fluid drape, great recovery, and thin, textured hand. Sewing up in a similar manner to a plissé, we recommend using a serger and finishing armholes, necklines, and hems with either a binding or a lettuce edge. Solid stripes are 3.5mm wide and run perpendicular to selvedge.
