The Layover Cardigan is the perfect final touch to any of your outfit! A front tie V neck cardi, Layover is meant to be worn over t-shirts, blouses and dresses. The pattern includes 2 sleeve options: a long sleeve with an elasticated cuff and a simple short sleeve. The neckline is finished with a self bias binding, which makes it the perfect project for beginners!

The Layover cardigan is designed to work with light to medium weight woven fabrics like rayon and viscose (crepe, voile, poplin, twill, challis), cotton (lawn, voile, poplin, crinkle cotton, shirting), linen (washed linen, linen noil) and tencel twill. Fabrics like rayon will look more fluid and have more drape and fabrics like cotton will give more structure and volume.
